* Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the date of the activity will be charged 100% of the cost of the activity.

* If you do not show up on the date of the activity, 100% of the cost of the activity will be charged.

* The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the activity due to unforeseen weather circumstances or routes where it is not safe to operate. Whether we cancel the activity, you will be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund.

* The company provides personal insurance that covers all our guests against any unexpected accident that may occur during the activity. A copy of all guests' ID or passport is required for confirmation.

* Swimming is allowed under the guest's responsibility, the company provides life jackets on board but in case the guest does not use them, the company is not responsible for any incident that may occur.

* For health and safety reasons, pregnant women, asthmatics, people with orthopedic elements, children under 3 years of age and adults over 70 years of age are completely prohibited from participating in the activity.

* People with chronic illnesses, heart problems, back problems, recent operations and other health problems are advised not to participate in the activity due to medical services not being easily available.

* Refrain from bringing unnecessary and valuable objects to the activity.

* Refrain from bringing large sums of money to the activity.

* We remind you that travel insurance only covers incidents related to the person that occur during the development of the activity, loss of money, loss or damage to smartphones, cameras and other objects are not covered by the insurance.
